We sell a variety of products including embroidered sweatshirts, hoodies, tote bags and jewelry. As the summer approaches we may also expand and start offering long-sleeve and short-sleeve t shirts!

We have a Color & Size chart available in our "About" tab.

If you scroll down, you will find directions on each product page. In the customization box, you will need to type in the exact color name of the garment and the exact color names of the threads you want. The exact color names can be found on the Color & Size chart available in our "About" tab. 

If you have a completely custom design that you want us to make, that we don't have on our website. Please visit our Contact page in the "About" tab and send us a message and relevant pictures if you have any! message

We offer standard shipping for $5 or free shipping on orders over $100. We also offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. We do not currently offer returns except in certain circumstances. For more information, please visit our Shipping & Returns page in the "About" tab.

We embroidery all our items ourselves and pack and ship by ourselves. Because all orders are custom-made, our processing time can take 1-3 weeks. For more information on our processing timeline, please visit our Shipping & Returns page in the "About" tab.

We will always try to accommodate our customers if they need their order faster than our standard processing time. Please contact us as soon as possible, including as many details as possible, to minimize the time spent communicating back and forth. Rush orders may come at an additional cost.

We are located in Florida!

Yes, we offer international shipping at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Because almost all items are custom-made, made-to-order, and fully customizable, they cost a bit more than ready-made clothes. If you would like to purchase our Sale clothes, they are already embroidered and thus not customizable, which is why we are able to offer them at a cheaper price.
