Pricing for Designs We Have

We offer a wide range of color options for our Sweatshirts and Hoodies, as well as the thread colors that are used for the embroidery. As such, almost everything we sell is fully customizable. Our pricing is based on a few factors:

1. Garment: Which clothing item is being used (Sweatshirt or Hoodie)?
2. Design Size: How large the embroidery design is.
3. Complexity of Design: How intricate is the design?
   • stitch type (satin, tatami, tatreez, etc.)
   • number of thread colors
   • number of stitches
   • total length of stitch time (how long it takes to embroider)

For custom designs (completely custom orders of items not listed on the website), there are a few more factors that go into how the item is priced. In addition to the factors listed above:

1. Length of Consult: How long it takes communicating back and forth with the customer until we figure out exactly what is wanted. Oftentimes, it may just take 2-3 emails or a few minutes of messaging back and forth, but if it is a more complicated order that requires more communication, it will cost a bit more. 
2. Creating the Design: How long it takes us to digitize and create the custom embroidery file.

• An embroidery design is not just an image or picture of a design; it takes a particular embroidery software to even be able to create an embroidery design.
• Creating an embroidery file is not an automated process. Depending on the design density and size, number of color switches and layers, length and speed of stitches, and stitch type, a design can take hours to create.
