We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $100 or a flat rate of $5 for all orders under $100.

Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

We are located in Florida; shipping time will be shorter depending on the distance from Florida. 

These estimates do not include the processing time.

Because all custom items are made to order, the processing time will take approximately 2-3 weeks for production. Ready-made items, such as jewelry or sale clothing, will have a much shorter processing time and will be shipped faster. If you need an order by a specific date or faster than the standard processing time, please contact us before placing your order so that we may see if we can accommodate you!

We are currently unable to offer returns as all items are custom-made. If the product you received is different than what you ordered, please email us at contact@akeenco.com. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
